I am Sharon Khardaji,
author of Poise, a collection of poetry that deals with love, tragedy, beauty, and nature. I started writing poetry at the
age of nine and am now ready to share my passion with the world. I believe that it is important to write about subjects on
which you are well-informed. I write in my own unique voice, which I believe will allow others to connect with me on a more
personal level. First, I begin by finding that quiet place without distractions then I unleash my seeded passion. I allow
my creative juices to take flow, and then I press forward with great conviction. I believe that the majority of people read
for pure entertainment. Readers want something different, new and invigorating or writings that are touching, inspirational
and heartfelt.

work and sometimes a bit of luck. I believe that good resources are a vital part of writing. Be mindful of this: write, stay
positive and create your own style. Once you feel your manuscript is complete, polish it to perfection with the help of an
editor before submitting it for publication. To ignore such a crucial factor could be the difference between getting published
and getting rejected. Here are a few simple writers’ tips and hints, to help you reach that all-vital endpoint.
